I developed and delivered organisation wide AI Strategy fro Arts Council England. Including designing and establishing governance board, working group, AI staff use policy, Public Position Statement on the Writing and Assessment of Funding Applications, established an AI Triage mechanism to respond to evolving organisational need.

Documented the development process through a report ‘Responsible AI in Practice: The Journey of Arts Council England’ and a best practice guide to support other other organisations to develop a values led, responsible approach to AI policy and practice.

This project is funded by BRAID / AHRC. This funding provides research buyout from my role as Senior Lecturer in Digital Culture and Society at Goldsmiths, and become the Responsible AI Research Fellow at Arts Council England for 18 months.
